The Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law") entered into force on 7 April 2016 and contains regulations governing the processing of any information relating to identified or identifiable natural persons (the "data subject").
As Biser İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (the "Company"), in accordance with the Law, we attach the utmost importance to the lawful retention and destruction of personal data.
Throughout its activities and ongoing planning, our Company implements all administrative and technical measures necessary for the retention and destruction of personal data. This Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy (the "Policy") has been prepared to define these measures and to provide a roadmap for our Company.
Activities and operations relating to the retention and destruction of personal data are carried out in accordance with this Policy, which has been prepared by the Company for this purpose.
This Policy covers all units of our Company, its employees, external service providers and all third parties who process personal data. Retention and destruction processes are conducted in accordance with the periodic destruction periods stipulated by the Law and applicable data security standards.
