Data Subject Application Form

GENERAL INFORMATION

Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law") grants certain rights to data subjects ("Applicant") whose personal data are processed.

Pursuant to Article 13/1 of the Law, applications regarding these rights addressed to the data controller, BİSER İNŞAAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Company" or "BİSER"), must be submitted in writing or via the other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (the "Board").

Within this scope, "written" applications to our Company can be submitted by printing out this form and using one of the following channels:

  • Address: You may deliver it in person/by hand to the address Kızılırmak Mah. 1443 Cad. No: 25A, Inner Door No: 179, Çankaya/Ankara, or send it via notary or registered postal mail with return receipt.
  • Email: You may send an email to info@biser.com.tr.
  • Registered Electronic Mail (KEP): You may send the form, signed with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature, to biser@hs01.kep.tr.

In addition, once the Board announces other application methods, our Company will notify how applications will be received through those channels.
