Biser Aluminium processes the aluminium extrusion profiles produced at its own facilities to meet customer demands and requirements through state-of-the-art, in-house 5-axis laser machining centres and double-head cutting machines. Before any mechanical processing, aluminium profiles must successfully pass through every stage of our quality control process. Aluminium profiles that have passed quality control can then be subject to operations such as millimetric cutting, drilling, notching, hollowing, slot cutting, countersinking, flow drilling, tapping, deburring and thermal break crimping — all carried out within minimum tolerances. Through these operations, we manufacture profiles and solutions suited to industrial profiles and products, solar systems, automotive, transportation, defence, energy, architectural systems, furniture, aerospace and similar sectors.
