Our die shop, which supports the continuity of our extrusion processes and the precision of our profiles, operates as an integrated part of our facility. The die shop is equipped with CNC die-machining mills, a gas nitriding (Tenifer) furnace, a sandblasting machine and a caustic cleaning line.
This infrastructure means that the manufacturing of extrusion dies, surface hardening, maintenance, cleaning and revision processes are all carried out in-house under controlled conditions. Gas nitriding enhances die surface durability, while sandblasting and chemical cleaning operations support the consistent performance of our dies.
Managing die shop operations in-house enables us to maintain profile tolerances, ensure production continuity and respond quickly to customer-specific cross-section requests with the appropriate technical solution.
